FOR THE LOVELY PARENTS

It’s time to say good –bye

Our year has come to an end

I ‘ve made more cherished memories

And many more new friends.

I’ve watched your child learn and grow

And change from day to day.

I hope that all the things that we have done

Have helped in some small way.

So it’s with happy memories

I send them out of the door

With great hopes and expectations

For what next year holds in store.

Exhibition by Kindergarteners

The Students of Kindergarten inquired about plants under the transdisciplinary theme ‘Sharing the planet’. The central idea was ‘Plants sustain life on earth’.As a part of the summative task, students created a 3D model to show their understanding of ‘The world of plants’, which helped them to make significant connection between ideas such as interdependence, food chain.  Kindergarteners invited the Primary School Principal, Ms Meenakshi Singal, Primary School and PYP Coordinator, Mr Abhimanyu Dasgupta, Head, Early Years Ms Monica Bhimwal and fellow students of Early Years and Grade 1 to the exhibition on 26^th March 2014. They confidently shared the information and could explain why plants are important and how they sustain life on earth to the visitors.
